Reset Link not being sent

    Hi there,

    I have requested several times for a password reset for holisiticeducatoracademy.com but the reset has not been coming through. I have entered the correct email address all the times I have requested with no success as the link has not been emailed.

    I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

    The domain you provided above, holisiticeducatoracademy.com, does not appear to exist. Can you please make sure you’re giving us the correct site?

    If you mean holisticeducatoracademy.com, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
