Reset MFA on a login with Apple account?

  How do I get MFA removed from an account that uses Apple login? The Apple login portion works well. I have recently replaced a phone and the OTP app did not recover correctly. The account recovery form does not meet my needs as I do not have access to “codes”, transaction IDs (site does not do transactions and need codes to see that page anyway) or user activation URL. The account in question has a different email given Apple login configuration

  Thank you for reporting it. You will want to submit the Account Recovery form anyway and add all the information you have.

  Does it mean you have access to the email in question? Please explain that in the form message.

  site does not do transactions and need codes to see that page anyway

  Just FYI, transaction IDs can be found on the bank statement, PayPal app, etc.

  I have full access to the Apple account that was used for the Apple login. it’s only the codes that I can’t get to. Given that I don’t have access to the “codes” anymore I can’t even login to this support site to have created the issue and had to create a new WP account (with new email) in order to start this thread. I never got past the “required” info for it to send email. As I stated earlier, the site takes no transactions so there is no transaction history. The business site was paid for years in advance – the max at the time (3 or 5 years?). Are you saying that I have to go back to try and figure out when the site was paid for, pull records and see when it was paid for? I don’t even remember how that was done. I frequently use one-time use credit card numbers and that may be a very difficult thing (if not impossible) to even find out now. I do have full access to the DNS related to the domain also.
