Reset my domain

  I tried to migrated my old site to new domain that i just bought and since its stuck on the process so i canceled. Then an error showed that it has been a critical error and it said look at the admin mail to solve it and no mail received. If you cant reset my domain since there’s no option in the setting or anywhere ill request for a refund next
