  Could you please reset my password for user strong425. I think it could have been compromised or hacked into. Thanks

  If you don’t have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password over here.

  Please follow the instructions carefully. You’ll receive two separate emails during the reset process, so make sure you read them both. If you don’t receive the emails right away, check your spam folders as well. The confirmation emails can get caught in them sometimes :)

  Thank you kardotim. I have sent many request for a new password over the week and tried my existing password but to no avail. I checked in spam and there is no reference of a password change confirmation. Is it possible to change it to send it from from end if not, I will try again.

  Same to me.
  Someone I know used the password I given changed everything from primary email to phone SMS recovery. Now I cannot enter my site.
  I am the one who opened, paid for a domain name, and paid for the renewal.
  I requested by means of account recovery form with transaction ID 5 days ago with no response.
  Please tell me Happiness Engineer, How long it take and how I known that you received the form I sent.
