Reset my phone so cant use 2-factor authentication

Have not been able to get 2-factor authentication to work after having my cell phone/authenticator app reset.
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hi can someone help us, I have the same problem. I don’t have my old number and the backup recovery codes anymore. But I have proof of account ownership I can provide. Unfortunately, only the password can be reset and i have done that, but still can’t access my account since it’s asking for verification code or backup recovery. Please help us, thanks so much.
