reset my webhosting setting

  Hi Guys, can somebody advise me on this please?

  Is it possible to reset my webhosting setting to the default one? I was trying to figure out how but did some wrong steps, now I can’t even login to my admin system

  One more advice needed, where to upload WP installation package? We tried to upload it to folder public_html using Forklift, but when checking via web ftp, the package is not there
