Reset my wordpress installation to default

    Hi Please, can you reset my wordpress installation to default, i broke the site when importing my previous site. I didn’t backup perviously and theres a critical error. Please can you reset the site and after i’ll backup the blank site using jetpack and try to import the site content again.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello there,

    I have reconnected Jetpack and can see content on the site. You should now be able to access it as expected.

    Could you please check if you still need a site reset?

    Hello,

    Thank you I’m now to now access the site, I can’t install any plugins on the site I’m getting the error – “An error occurred while installing the plugin.“.

    Please can you reset the site and I’ll be able to use this as a restore point, I’m migrating a website onto this site and the site crashed on the import so i’m unsure where this issue has appeared.

    This has now been fixed, i can install plugins.
