Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

Typically any plugin that “resets” your site will delete some or all of the content of your site – like posts, pages, and media – so if you don’t have any content on that page it’s likely gone unless you made a backup.

I’d reach out to the plugin developer of “advanced reset” and see if there’s a way to recover that content.

You could also reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you as they may also have a backup of your site.

    I hope that helps!
