Reset Owner of the Account for Etsy.com's EtsyStatus WordPress page

Hello, I’m trying to reset the owner of the account to me, Robert Meggs, Engineering Manager at Etsy, (email visible only to moderators and staff), so that I can update the billing information — mainly the credit card on file. The billing is under a person, username = lozzd, who no longer works here.
Can you help me with this?

It looks like you’re referring to etsystatus.com – is that accurate?
The instructions for Transferring Ownership of a site are here and accessed through the WP-Admin panel.
A quick heads-up that WordPress.com sites are owned by the users who register them, unless ownership is transferred. If that turns out to be an issue here, we’ll tag this thread for a staff member to follow up ASAP.
