  I am unable to reset my password even though the link was sent to my email address. I get told its the incorrect login. Its not. Have someone call me asap. i have had to login to this account just to send a form.

  capacitycoaching.com.au is hosted by GoDaddy. You should be able to get login help at https://www.godaddy.com/help/reset-your-godaddy-password-8

  The link @dave2swords gave you above is to reset the password for your GoDaddy hosting account. It will not reset the password for your site.

  Your site is using the WordPress.org software, and you can find instructions to reset the password here:

  For more help with that, please post in the WordPress.org support forums, as GoDaddy support can only help you with your hosting account, not the WordPress software itself.
