  I need to reset my password. When the reset email is sent, it doesn’t come to my email address

  Hi there,

  Try searching your mail for “wordpress.com”. It might be in a filter somewhere. Also, add that domain to your whitelist or safe senders list if it is possible.

  Hi there,

  Are you trying to reset the password for your admin account on kingguent.com? That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, and we don’t control your admin user account for that site. The password reset email for that admin account also isn’t sent by us, but directly from your site/your hosting provider’s servers.
