Reset password email does not contain a link to reset

Hi, I am locked out of my WP account. I have followed the link to reset my password, however the reset email does not contain a link to allow to complete the process. Can anyone advise how I can work around this. I have copied the text from the email below:

Hi there,
As stated above, your site is not on our servers, so have no ability to help reset your password for you. Bluehost support will also not be able to help with this, as they only provide support for your hosting account, not the WordPress.org software your site is using.
