Reset Password Email – “key is invalid”

    I did actually lose my password as my laptop was stolen. However when I use the recover pw feature and click on the link to resend, I get an error saying “Sorry that key does not appear to be valid”. I’m using Outlook 2007 and set to plain text.

    Anyone have ideas? I can FTP in and get my files … is there a file somewhere I can change my pw?
