Reset password email not received

Hello,
I lost my password and I do not receive any reset email. I posted this with a different email account because, funny enough, I need to log in here to post anything and since I have no password, how can I? Each time I click on the “send me a reset link” I receive no email.
Please help me out.

Hi @octavianruss, on our end it looks like you’re clicking the reset links. Does someone else have access to that email account? Also can you confirm what address you’re checking? If you’ll write it out as a regular email address, our forum software will redact it so only staff can see.

I do click on the reset link but I do not get any email. This is going on for too many days and nobody is helping me, instead I get sent to one or other departments. The mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I cannot get into my account and it is getting trally annoying. I just eant a simple email to reset my password. Thats it.
Please help me as soon as possible

I recently changed my initial login address and it was different than the one I purchased my domain with PayPal. The one that was changed had underline and was replaced with dot, both of which I had access to. Your colleague replaced the new one with the old one and it works great.thank you
