Reset Password email sends invalid link

    I have tried to reset my password to access my wordpress blog hosted on Network Solutions. When I click on the link that is sent it says that the link is invalid and to request a new link. Continuous cycle

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Network Solutions.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.
