Reset password link not working

    Hello – I have forgotten my password to edit my site. I requested and have received the password reset email, but when I click on the link, I just get a blank screen

    Hi there,

    What is the account that you are trying to regain access to and receive a new password for?

    It’s not the account you are contacting us from, is it? I see that this account was created 41 minutes ago and I don’t any see history of a password reset request.

    if you provide info on the account you are trying to gain access to, I’d be happy to assist.

    @marypullen64you’re using your own self-hosted copy of WordPress through GoDaddy. It’s quite different from a site that is on our servers.

    While we can’t provide support for you, and wouldn’t have access to help you reset your password, I may be able to point you in the right direction

    First check in with GoDaddy to be sure you have backups, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
