Reset Password on Different Account does not work

  Hey I am the web developer and manager of a website not on this profile that when we reset the password it does not work and won’t allow us log in.

  There is a sense of urgency here as the domain is set to expire in two days and we can’t log in to purchase another year of upgraded service. Also we can’t e-mail anyone internally from that account because we are not logged in.

  Any thoughts?
