Reset password on Google Workspace

    Hello,

    I purchased a Google Workspace Business Starter package on WordPress last month and I unfortunately forgot my password. I tried to reset it but the process is quite complex and involves going into my DNS settings to add a CNAME record. Unfortunately WordPress does not let me do that on the site, there is actually a mention that says to CNAME is managed by WordPress.

    I emailed google with this problem and they replied that I actually hadn’t bought my package from them but from an entity called “reseller.goog.automattic.net”, and that I should contact them. Can you help?
