Reset password request

One of my colleagues received a password reset email. She did not requested it and it was a red flag because it came in french, which is not our default language. Let me know if there are any steps to follow asides from not clicking the links in the aforementioned email.

Hi @mauricio290, was that for this account or another? I don’t see any recent password resets on this account.
If it’s under another account, could you have your colleague post here, or can you share the username so we can check it?
I do also recommend they enable 2FA.

It was my account. Please note we did a password reset today. This post is in regards to the email Sept 2nd at 7.54AM

Yes, so I see yesterday that there were several password reset attempts from an IP address different from the reset you successfully made today. That tells me that this was a potential red flag.
Thankfully, it was not a successful attempt and you both reset your password and activated two-step authentication – which is exactly what I would’ve recommended you to do given what happened here.
