Reset phone thus lost authentication app & password

    Hi Officer,

    I am experiencing an important problem here.

    I was using my old phone plus my authentication app to login the account. But previously I have changed my phone number and for some reason, I have reset my phone and thus the authentication app is empty now.

    Therefore, in case I wish to login my account, the only way is my password. Is there any means I can remove my authentication app so that I can login the account with ease?

    Hi Edward, just to make sure. Can you remember your WordPress password and the Login Username / Email.

    You most probably had the WordPress App from Apple Store or Play Store.

    You would need to download and install the app and connect it to your blog.

    After the authentication between the app and your blog. It will be an instant login from there. I’m not sure but is seems like you are accessing your blog from your phone browser. That might be the case for seeing the login screen.
