Hi,
The “Home” menu item links to the site URL and the front page? Did it originally link elsewhere?
You may create an “About” page as described in the Create a New Page section of the Pages support page. And then add a link to it to the custom menu, as described in the Additional menu items section of the Custom Menus support page.
If that’s not a satisfactory solution for you, then please feel free to add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention.

hi,
I’m new to this and feel a bit confused as to how it works all togetherwhat I understand now is that new pages, whatever the title be, can be created at any time and then linked to the custom menu, so as described
I think that I’ll be able to do so,
thanks so much for your neat answer -
You’re welcome.
By the way, the sentence
The “Home” menu item links to the site URL and the front page?
shouldn’t have been a question. I meant to say:
The “Home” menu item links to the site URL, which is the front page.
