  How to reset the whole blog? I have problem with menu not showing up

  You can empty all your content by following this:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  But there’s no need to do that, if you just need a hand with the menu. This guide should help: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
