Reset Theme

  Hi,
  I started customizing my site. now I’m changing themes, but I can’t figure it out how to start all over with a new theme, can u help me reset my theme? I want to start all over again, and choose my own theme without anything ready from what I previously did.

  There is no such thing as a theme reset button. You simply remove all the customizations you made and then select a new theme. There is no other option. All of these functions can be accessed from your dashboard – without loading the custom design tools – no upgrade required.
  Appearance > Header
  Appearance > Background
  Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
  Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
  Site Title and Tagline > Settings > General

  re: changing themes
  Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes
  browse themes until you find one you like and click “activate”
  or type in the name of the theme you want to use and
  click the “activate” link when it appears

  After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets and re-install them where you want them to appear. The widget contents and settings will be the same as they were prior to changing themes.
