Reset theme and refund date

I didn’t get an answer by email, so it might be an issue on my part. If that’s the case, I’m extremely sorry.
I would please need help to reset the theme “StartFit” because I made mistakes that I can’t fix myself. I sort of fixed them before by renaming the theme folder via ftp and by creating a new one via the dashboard, but I no longer have access now. Help would be very appreciated and I thank you very much in advance for your precious help.
Also, I downgraded yesterday (August 19th) from a Business plan to a Premium one thanks to the help of the staff, but I don’t know when I am supposed to be refunded.

Hi @reallygooduser, it looks like you’ve got quite a few threads and emails open. Someone may have closed the extras to reduce confusion.
My colleague replied by email this morning about resetting StartFit for you. That may have been after you opened this thread. If you’ve got that, let us know and we can close this thread for you.
And yes, I can see your refund is on its way already.
