Reset Tumblr Importer

Could someone please reset my Tumblr importer? The forums say staff must do it.

@staff-zinnia It seems to be stuck again. I’ve been using it for year’s without issue. Am I doing something wrong?

I’ve reset the importer again for you. Please let me know if that works. If not, I’ll be waiting for your reply so we can continue troubleshooting. If there’s less bandwidth on your network while attempting the import, if it’s a large size, or a combination of those 2 things, it could be problematic. Do you know how big the import is?
To clarify, the last import was successful after I reset the tool right? This is a new one? -
@staff-zinnia Thank you. My last import was 8 posts of photos, but not large file sizes. It was probably my bandwidth, but I’ll let you know during my next import if it stalls.

Thanks :) I’d note the time of day these are failing, too, so you can try a different timeframe the next attempt. That would help you figure out if it is a bandwidth issue.

Hi @staff-zinnia, it’s stuck again. It worked uploading the new posts but it took an hour. It was during the middle of the day.
