Reset tumblr importer please

  Hi, I am trying to move my tumblr blog over to wordpress. I appear to be having the same problem as this thread:

  I have disconnected the custom domain name from tumblr and even pointed that custom domain name to another website, cleared all the cookies/browsing data, tried a new internet browser, disconnected and reconnected to the tumblr importer every time, restarted my computer…. Based on reading from the other forum, I think the importer just needs to be reset.

  Can anyone help?
