Reset your search history?

Hi,
I was wondering if there is any chance to “reset” the search results un google/bing so they don’t show any hits of your page, till the day of reset. Not quite sure I wrote it in the way you could understand. Plain simple, I just wan’t to change it to the way, so if somebody writes in the engine my name, the blog doesnt pop up as a hit. I just started a new job and I don’t want any sniffing around, but I don’t wan’t to start a new blog either. Any suggestion will be more than welcome. I still do want it to be public, but just not under my name anymore, either should it be connected to me through serach engines. Thanks!

Not really, no. I suggest you practice keeping a straight face while saying “God, it’s so annoying that person has the same name as me.”

Whatever is in search engines will remain, and if you remove your content from your blog then it will still remain for people to see, until the search engines clear there cache which can be a few months (and some keep content for ever!). You cannot ‘re-set’ search engines. Anything ‘public’ is public and therefore available to be seen by the ‘public’!!

Thanks for the quick answers, well I suppose just gonna have to live with it. Precausesly I did wrote my blog in the way anybody could read it :D
