Reset/delet/change an account
-
Hi,
I’ve my my WordPress.com account for like over 2 years. It’s always been attached to my website and I’ve always had connected my wordPress.org blog to my .com account without problems until today. Somehow my WordPress.com account now has as primary site a website that doesn’t exist anymore and it used to be a subdomain.
Now I’m not able to connect with WP.com and I have no idea how this happened or how to fix it.
My real blog url is http://www.titicrafty.com, not the one that is listed bellow. Is it possible to reset my account so I can set it up again, cancel it, delete it, or just having you changing the primary site to the right one?
I’m desperate here, can’t use my jetpack. I can’t access anything because it gives me an error code 22. I really need your help from back-end!
Thanks in advanced!

That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG and need support for that site in the future and if you do not have a WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_PageAdded info:
JetPack is a plugin.
Some JetPack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the JetPack support forum at WordPress.org

However, if you can’t find help at either one then you can file a JetPack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service -
Hi, Maybe I didn’t explain myself well. I know WP.org and .com are two different things and I know my site is not hosted with .COM. I’ve been blogging for over 2 years.
My issue is specifically with my WORDPRESS.COM account which until yesterday had as a main site http://www.titicrafty.com and today has another one that no longer exists and it used to be a subdomain.
This WORDPRESS.COM account is the one I use when I connect my self-hosted WP to jetpack {I don’t have problems with Jetpack}. If the .COM account doesn’t have the right website, apparently gives me an error.
I only need to get my account to use the right website url because I can’t access anything, not users, not settings, not nothing without getting an error code 22. I need help with my WORDPRESS.COM account if possible.
Thanks!

All those who are running the JetPack plugin on their WordPress.ORG software installs must have a wordpress.COM username account. We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software issues and support for JetPack issues.

Code 22 errors mean that the device in question has been disabled in Windows. http://pcsupport.about.com/od/errorc/a/code-22-error.htm

Ok forget about WP.org and jetpack.
I’m trying to fix my WP.com issue which is that my account is attached to a site url that doesn’t exist. Is it possible to fix this??? That’s the only thing I need. I need to fix my primary site on my WODPRESS.COM account.
Please I really need help since I can’t delete my account and open a new one!
Thanks
