reseting theme while leaving content

  how do I make my galleries page show in the menu? or, alternatively,
  how do I reset the theme while leaving my content to one that puts the pages into the menu? thank you!

  Hi there,

  You can change your theme at any time and the content will remain. Some formatting that you have set up on a previous theme may not convert, as all themes handle content, menus, links, social media buttons, etc. differently.

  To add a page to the menu, first make sure it’s a page and not a post: https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

  Then you will need to add the page to the menu. This page talks about creating custom menus for your site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
