Resetting a theme; ignored by “happiness engineers”

I had a website set up for professional reasons, and when my Premium plan expired, I lost the theme. I repurchased Premium, tried to reset the theme following the exact instructions of the Happiness Engineer, and it has deleted all my content. Is it possible to reset the website and get the content back? I am not getting a response from the Happiness Engineers and it has been several days. I also cannot get a refund for the purchase of Premium. The service does me no good without the guaranteed themes or help chat. I am documenting all of this in relation to the ToS of Automaticc, of course, but at this point just want my website to work.
