Resetting a website

    Hi All I went to reset my WordPress website, as it was a mess. When I typed in ‘reset’
    I lost everything, which is fine I was going to start from scratch.
    However now I can not access any of my word press as the site does not accept my username or email to log in, so I can redo my site??

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider, so we don’t have any control over it.

    It sounds like the plugin you used to reset the site also reset the admin user account, so you’ll likely need to create a new admin user directly in the database via your hosting provider.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice on exactly what you need to do in this case. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
