Resetting default menu

  How do you set a theme’s menu structure (such as Hatch) back to the default after completely screwing up the nav?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You go to Appearance > Menus, click Manage Locations, and set the pulldown to “Select a Menu” (so that no custom menu is selected).
