Resetting email error. Unable to change email.

  My email that WAS on there is no longer a valid email and when I am trying to reset my email to my current one, it gives me an error message. I can not move forward in accessing my site to do anything from here.

  What was the error message? If it’s “There was a problem saving your changes”, then that usually means the email address is already registered with WordPress.com. You can’t have two accounts with the same email.

  If you’re sure the email is not being used with a WordPress.com account, post the email address here (forum software will block it so only staff can read it) and add “modlook” to the tags for this thread. That will alert a staff member that you need assistance with this issue.
