  Hi I’m not very tech savvy, I need to start from scratch and create my site over. I want to have the same account but with a do over is that in any way possible and if so how. Thank you

  I’ve checked it, and the site phildana.com is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
