Resetting pages

  I am new to this. And while I was learning to use this some of pages have gone. How do I reset the pages back to the way their were. This is my first time use this service and still learning. All help would be greatly recieved. Or to reset the whole thing back to the beginnning.

  By default, your blog front displays your latest posts. At the moment you’re getting a Not found message because you deleted the sample “Hello World” post, so your front has nothing to display. Just go to Posts > Add New and publish a post.
