Resetting Password

  I’m trying to reset my password for my hosted blog, but the email to change it has not showed up in my inbox for several hours after several tries. Who should I contact?

  Hi there,

  Is this for a stand-alone WordPress site at another hosting provider? In that case we cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it.
