Resetting password does not work

  Hi, I am having difficulties resetting my password.
  After using the reset password form I do not receive an email in my gmail box.
  After using the account recovery form I get the notification that I should use the email reset password form instead. What will be my next effort?

  Yes I did, it is not in my gmail.
  I contacted a WP supportdesk and the guy said it is a wellknown problem
  with certain mailproviders such as gmail.
