Resetting Password is not working

    We’re trying to figure out the problem why customers can’t reset their password.

    It’s not a Porto Theme Problem because i tested it with twenty twenty and it didn’t work either.

    The error message that we’re getting is:

    This key is invalid or has already been used. Please reset your password again if needed.

    Please help.

    Hello there,

    It looks like engineeringsamples.com is not hosted with WordPress.com, so we are unable to help with this site.

    It looks like there’s a plugin called user-registration (and a pro version) on this site. Plugins like this would take over some of the login functionality. I would recommend reaching out to the developers of this plugin.
