  You can clear your whole site from all the content you’ve published so far by following the steps listed here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Please note that once you clear all the content, blog posts and pages you can’t bring them back as the procedure is irreversible.

  I’m afraid, however, it’s not possible to reset your WordPress.com site stats. Sorry about that!
