resetting theme

  I have done something to the way that my theme is appearing on my page… it is distorted from the way it is supposed to appear. I think I messed up the CSS and now nothing is appearing correctly. Is there a way to just reset the theme. I have even tried using other themes, but they all now present themselves with some distortion from the way they should look as well.   If you have the CSS Upgrade, go to Design > Edit CSS, then clear everything, select “Add this to the theme stylesheet”, Preview first, and if all looks ok, Save Stylesheet.
