Resetting Theme

  I’ve somehow deleted the original format of the theme, including the menu options (I believe it used to say Home and About)… How can I reset it so that this appears again?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no such thing a a theme reset here. When Pages are missing from a custom menu look for them here > Appearance > Menus
