Resetting Web Dashboard Password

  Issue: Password Change – Trying to obtain a new password to access my website, but I’m not getting an email to reset it. It has been hours since I made a request and still nothing. Website: rickdiffleyphotography.com / Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Issue: UserName – How can I change or check my user name? It seems each time I’m forced to login to my website (At times, it is every week even after I check remember me.) Sometimes it accepts “rickdiffleyphotography” and other times it will accept my email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  That is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we do not provide support for it here. You are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different log-ins.

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG yet click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
