Resetting WordPress Password

  Trying to reset the wordpress password for Admin user through phpmyadmin by its not working.
  Steps : wp_users – edit – MD5 – ‘password’ – Execute
  By following above steps New ‘password’ is not working for the http://1125jefferson.com/wp-admin admin link

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You won’t be able to reset your WordPress.com password using phpmyadmin; instead use the Lost Password page: https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  Thanks, btw I was unable to get into the WordPress-login page so I cleared the .htaccess unwanted hack entries and then I reset the password using phpmyadmin that resolved my problem.
