Resi theme-moving pre-header

Hello everyone!
I need some help with moving the Pre-header bar (with the menus) underneath the Header on my website.
I’m using Resi Pro, and I figured out which is the part to move in the developer tools, but i can’t figure out what to write to actually move it.
Every little help is appreciated.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
