Thank you for reaching out! I’d like to clarify our refund policy to ensure everything is clear. Here’s a breakdown based on our Refund Policy guidelines:
- WordPress.com annual, two-year, and three-year plans are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
- Domain name registrations and renewals can be refunded if the domain is canceled within 96 hours (4 days) from when it was registered or renewed.
- If you register a free domain with your plan and request a refund after the 96-hour domain refund period, we will credit the difference between the plan cost and the domain cost. You can choose to keep the domain for use elsewhere or cancel it to prevent renewal next year.
Regarding your recent cancellations:
- You received a refund (minus domain registration fees) for the two Starter plans, which were requested 13 days after purchase. Please note that it may take 7-10 days for the credit to reflect in your bank account.
- Unfortunately, the domains are not eligible for a refund as the cancellation request was made 9 days after the domain refund period. However, if you did not receive a refund for the four domains purchased, we can restore them to your account upon request.
