  Please don’t post transaction IDs in the forum. That information can be used by someone to take over your account, and this forum is public so it’s visible to anyone with an internet connection.

  You could have cancelled your subscription at any time from the Purchases page as explained in our support documents:

  Manage Purchases

  Instead, it appears you have now disputed the charge with your bank. As that essentially means you have accused us of committing fraud we are unable to refund you now, and you will need to wait for your bank to conclude their investigation before they will refund you.

  Additionally, your site has been suspended until you pay the chargeback fee which we are fined when you file a dispute against us. More information here:
