Resize Header Image
-
I purchased the CSS and I’ve been able to customize Misty Look the way I want, but now I can’t get my header image to work right. I downloaded the image into the media library so I could use the url (which I did, successfully), but the image is thumbnail size. When I cropped the image in iphoto it was the right size. The media library cuts the image down, and won’t let me choose the size (like I can when I am putting an image into a post or page). How can I download the photo onto my blog (as the right size) so I can use it in the header?
My blog is lifeinthehighlands.com
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Oops. That should be “uploaded” (not downloaded) the image into the media library and “how can I upload the photo only my blog?”
Thanks!

I figured it out! In case anyone else has this problem, I uploaded the image into an unpublished post, then copied the url of the image while in the html editor of the post, pasted the url into my css editor, then just changed the “w=300” (the width) at the end of the url to “w=930” (the width I wanted). And it worked.
