  None of WordPress’ directions for adjusting the size of a photo are working for me. I cannot click the photo and drag in the site editor, and when I go to the media library, there is no option to resize anywhere.

  It’s always best to resize a photo before uploading onto the wordpress.com platform, that way you can save on storage space.
