Resize the play back window for Google Video
-
Greetings, I hope all is well.
I need(want) to change the size of the play window for Google video. You would think that it would be as simple as changing the size for Youtube playback, but its not, or at least I’ve not been able too. I can for Youtube, but not Google.
I searched and one post suggesting that it should be similar to Youtube.Any help would be appreciated.

fairchildonrage. Can you tell me how to upload to vodpod? I don’t see it? And the videos I have on vodpod, how do you insert them into a post? And the most important thing, the reason for my original post, how to you resize?
I need(want) to change the size of the play window for Google video, if possible.Anyone else’s help would be appreciated.

panaghiotisadam. No luck with the google video width. I will keep working on that. Fairchildonrage, like so many, had something vague to add without really explaining, or at least in the detail that I think people who ask questions are desiring an answer to be given. But it did get me thinking and I found the widget for vodpod for adding video to wordpress post, that I didn’t see at first. So what I’ll do is add my videos to google and use the widget to add to a wordpress post. I have the option instead of creating a post to sending to a blog editor. Simple cut and paste from there and success.
Acceptable workaround. Easy to change size in Youtube. Haven’t figured it out for Google. If I figure it out, I’ll post the solution. -
@rchsbowman: “Easy to change size in Youtube”. Yes I know: you just add “&w=PIXEL_NUMBER_HERE” after the URL in the shortcode. But this won’t work with Google videos (different embed code) – or dailymotion videos or vimeo. Here’s also an answer from staff on that:
