Resizing a Google Docs embedded doc

  Is there anyway to either resize the doc to fit into the window on this page on my WordPress.com page:
  http://koltregaskes.wordpress.com/my-links/googleplusideas/

  Or to remove the sidebar? The theme has no such template page so presume not.

  There are no options to resize the window nor options to resize the doc itself that I can see.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
